The backup does not work or will not start: what to do?
We check jobs, space and errors and above all we test the RESTORE: a backup that does not restore is not a backup. We set up automatic, off-site and monitored copies.
I have lost business data: can it be recovered?
From a correct backup it is restored quickly; from a failure or deletion without backup, recovery can be attempted, with no guarantee. The safe way is to prevent with verified backups and a disaster recovery plan.
What is the difference between backup and disaster recovery?
